Drop in for a delicious lunch: FoodCycle Cambridge serve a delicious lunch at Wesley Methodist Church every Saturday to a range of people from the community. They also cook at Barnwell Baptist Church every other Wednesday evening. Each week they collect surplus produce locally from Sainsbury’s, Marks and Spencer, Waterland Organics/Cambridge Crop Share, Radmore Farm Shop and the Cambridge Fruit and Veg Company. Enjoy pumpkin carving, free soup and other tasty morsels. Grab one of our Pumpkin Festival programmes to find out about other exciting events and the Pumpkin Pledge Prize Draw. Pick up children's activity booklets and quizzes. Take away great recipe cards, a compost caddy, and other goodies. And have a photo taken with a Giant Pumpkin!

If you're coming to the wonderful Apple Day at the Cambridge Botanic Garden, do come and join us in the Garden Room  for some pumpkin-related activities too. Riverside and Cyrenians Garden Projects Pumpkin Stall

Riverside Garden Project and Cambridge Cyrenians Allotment Project are two horticulture therapy projects working in the Cambridge homeless community. The projects have joined forces to run a stall for the Cambridge Pumpkin Festival and will be selling a variety of pumpkins and squash. There will also be some recipe ideas for use with the produce.   Also at this event - don't forget to stop for a bite to eat at the Food4Food Cafe and enjoy some fantastic pumpkin specials!

Making the Most of Food – Half-term Cooking Workshop
