The competition is free and you enter simply by submitting photographic evidence of both the carved pumpkin and the dish that was created from it, along with a brief explanation, to info@cofco.co.uk by Sunday 6th of November. You do not have to be a member of the COFCO box scheme to enter. The winning entrants will be printed in the COFCO newsletter and also receive a hamper of organic goodies.
